    Plus, you have the option to pay for all your purchases in multiple installments and with no fees, with KLARNA.

    I would like to pay in installments, how do I do that?

    On the checkout page, select “Pay in installments with KLARNA.” You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will enter your bank details as for a standard payment. There you will find a summary of your upcoming payment deadlines. You will then receive a summary email with your deadline schedule and a reminder email three days before each deadline.

    Is it safe to pay in installments with KLARNA?

    systematically performs a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking app to confirm that you initiated this transaction and that it is not fraudulent.

    ✔︎ WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

    When you choose standard delivery (with tracking), free shipping, we deliver within 2 to 5 business days for Spain, 3 to 7 business days for European shipments, and up to 12 or more business days for international shipments. After processing your order.
    Processing takes place within a maximum of 24-48 hours, or even a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Women's Day, holidays, etc.

    When you choose 48-hour delivery*, which is free for purchases over €100, we'll deliver to Spain within 2 business days. (Deadline communicated by El Correo and not guaranteed)

    ✔︎ DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

    Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide. Depending on the destination country and shipping method, delivery time may vary from 5 to 12 days, or even longer for some countries. You will receive an order confirmation email with the estimated delivery time and a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

    ✔︎ DO YOU PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER?

    Yes, of course. We always send an email with the tracking number after shipping confirmation. This will inform you of the delivery time and current status.

    *However, please note that the tracking number provided by El Correo is not valid in all countries.

    ✔︎I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

    If your order appears as delivered on the Correo website, but you haven't received it, we will contact El Correo immediately so they can open an investigation. This investigation will reveal its conclusion within 5 days, and after that, your order will either be returned to you or we will attempt to compensate you as best we can.

    For international shipments: We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance and new COVID restrictions.     We chose the Judge.me platform to manage the verified review process. To ensure they are verified (authentic), only customers who have placed an order can leave a review through a request they receive from the Judge.me platform.
